Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

Organise sales visits and make presentations to establish new businesses
Negotiate contracts and packages
Solicit and Compile list of available properties and pictures in designated locations
Act as intermediary in negotiation between buyers and sellers
Sales and marketing of new properties through adverts, open houses, participation in multiple listing services, bulletin distribution, online marketing, sms/e-mail and social media marketing
Liaise with clients and advise them on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, mortgage application requirements and real estate trends
Co-ordinate property closings, oversee signing of documents and disbursement of funds
Generate list of properties compactible with client’s preference, needs and financial budget
Solicit for and manage clients with mortgage plans
Contact property development companies and advertise services that they can take advantage of
Identify business opportunities, prospects and evaluating their position in the industry
Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects

Educational Requirement

Minimum of second class lower (BSc.).

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

Interest and vast knowledge about the real estate market and trends
Excellent Inter - personal relation skill
Good Networking Skill
Attention to details
Good Memory skills
Great communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Self-motivated
Great organizational skill
Experience in sales or marketing
Integrity.
