Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Lagos and Abuja

Job Objectives
To be responsible for sales of iTECO's Nework and School Solutions within Nigeria and West Africa by providing innovative customer service of the highest quality. Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
  • Packaging and Selling Solutions – Market Expansion
  • Responsible for achieving set financial targets with respect to annual turnovers and profitability.
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by keeping track industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Position and Qualification Requirement
  • Minimum of 2 year post qualification experience in Sales & Marketing preferably sales in IT Solutions.
  • Minimum Second Class Lower Credit in any Social Science discipline.
  • A certification in Customer Relationship Management will be an added advantage.
