- Responsible for maintaining buildings and grounds facilities
- Carrying out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
- Plan and Schedule repair and maintenance
- Coordinate and monitor all repair and maintenance works
- Supervising and coordinating work of contractors
- Liaise with procurement on timely delivery of quality materials
Expectations
- Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management, Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering or other related fields
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Building & Facilities Maintenance
- Excellent communication skills
- Good report writing skills
- Good leadership and interpersonal skills
