Job Description

Responsible for maintaining buildings and grounds facilities
Carrying out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
Plan and Schedule repair and maintenance
Coordinate and monitor all repair and maintenance works
Supervising and coordinating work of contractors
Liaise with procurement on timely delivery of quality materials

Expectations

Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management, Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering or other related fields
Minimum of 5 years experience in Building & Facilities Maintenance
Excellent communication skills
Good report writing skills
Good leadership and interpersonal skills
