Job Title: Retention & Route Manager

Location: Head Office in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Reporting Line: Reports to the Business Manager
Working Days: Monday - Saturday (9:00am - 8:00pm)
Position Summary
The Retention & Route Manager’s basic responsibility is as follows:
- Engagement of customers and management of customer churn rate
- Generation of orders
- Complaints resolution and management
- Collection of overdue and outstanding debts
- Management of website and content generation.
Minimum Required Qualification & Skills Required
- First degree in any course from any University.
- Degrees in related courses and additional certifications or qualifications will be of advantage.
- Experience in a similar capacity in a well-structured business entity is required
- Ability to obtain reference from last employer is required for all the roles.
- Ability to manage people of diverse skills – both semi-skilled & professional staff.
- Flawless command of English Language – both written and spoken.
- Competence in Microsoft Office packages especially MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to write marketing proposals and close up deals.
- Experience in Marketing and Business Development is crucial
