Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Lagos State
Job Description
- Develop and grow the business/financial base of the company.
- Manage the business development budget and deliver marketing activity within the approved budget.
- Liaise with the Managing Director to develop the business strategy of the organization.
- Assess risks and makes recommendations based on a thorough analysis of all factors
- involved in a business situation.
- Liaise closely with the Project and Commercial Departments in the preparation of tender documents and attend relevant meeting.
- Maintain business relationship with NIPEX and NAPIMS with respect to bid submission.
- Responsible for drawing up business proposals, subsequent presentations and follow up in contract negotiations.
- Enforce proper documentation from origination to completion of projects, client visits, interaction and liaison reporting of work activities.
Requirements
- Relevant University qualification; Post Graduate qualification in Business Management or Professional Certification would be a distinct advantage.
- Candidate should have a minimum of 10 years’ experience working in development and utilization within the Oil and Gas industry value chains including petro-chemical refineries and be able to demonstrate high flexibility in complex market environments.
- High levels of business savvy as well as strong negotiation skills would be added advantage.
- Relevant contacts in the various IOCs and regulatory bodies.
Core Competence:
- Engineering, Design, Construction, Procurement, Pipeline Maintenance, Commissioning, Installation and high end Project Management services.
