Job Title: Client Services Officer
Location: Rivers
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Work directly with clients to effectively manage manpower/personnel provided for them
- Communicate via telephone and email to address client issues relating with our supplied personnel
- Obtain and process all client information and transactions
- Answer client questions or concerns in a timely, informative, and professional manner
- Calmly handle personnel complaints and work to find solutions
- Seek assistance and report major problems to upper management
- Manage the on-boarding of new personnel and process for deployment to client site
- Compile and update necessary documents, contracts, etc.
- Ensure compliance with necessary specifications and regulations
- Frequently check-in with clients to confirm their satisfaction of services provided
- Inform clients of any new available services or updates to existing ones
- Work with and report progress to Head of Office
- Assist with human resources
- Perform basic administrative and clerical duties as necessary
- Assist with and contribute to marketing and advertising initiatives
- Exhibit expert knowledge regarding the products and services offered
- Work according to set standards and operating procedures
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Business, Finance or related field
- 2+ years experience as a client services associate
- Highly computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Strong organizational skills
- Highly detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Comfortable working independently
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Thrives in a fast paced environment
- Adept problem solver
- Deadline driven
