We are currently recruiting to fill the vacant position below:

Job Title: Client Services Officer

Location: Rivers

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Work directly with clients to effectively manage manpower/personnel provided for them
Communicate via telephone and email to address client issues relating with our supplied personnel
Obtain and process all client information and transactions
Answer client questions or concerns in a timely, informative, and professional manner
Calmly handle personnel complaints and work to find solutions
Seek assistance and report major problems to upper management
Manage the on-boarding of new personnel and process for deployment to client site
Compile and update necessary documents, contracts, etc.
Ensure compliance with necessary specifications and regulations
Frequently check-in with clients to confirm their satisfaction of services provided
Inform clients of any new available services or updates to existing ones
Work with and report progress to Head of Office
Assist with human resources
Perform basic administrative and clerical duties as necessary
Assist with and contribute to marketing and advertising initiatives
Exhibit expert knowledge regarding the products and services offered
Work according to set standards and operating procedures

Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Business, Finance or related field
2+ years experience as a client services associate
Highly computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Suite
Strong organizational skills
Highly detail-oriented
Excellent communication skills both oral and written
Comfortable working independently
Exceptional customer service skills
Thrives in a fast paced environment
Adept problem solver
Deadline driven
