Job Title: Subject Matter Expert (S.M.E.) Supervisor

Location: Lagos
Job Description:
- Supervise a team of Subject Matter Experts who are responsible for coordinating drilling plans and activities in their respective technical focus areas.
- Act as contract owners and develop technical and commercial specifications for their areas of specialization.
- Responsible for contractor management in their respective diciplines
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division.
Required Skills:
- Broard experience in Drilling engineering and execution, Preferrable past experience with a service company in Directional drilling, Wellheads and tubulars, etc.
Experience
- Minimum of Fifteen (15) years relevant post degree work experience (includes National Youth Service) in drilling engineering.
- Previous service company experience in one of specialized drilling services is required.
Additional Requirements:
- Broad drilling and completion engineering and operations
- Contracting knowledge
- Strong supervisory and interpersonal skills
- Excellent technical, analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a diverse team
- Effective communication skills
