Job Description
- Work with Asset team to develop programs for workovers of well for improve production. Provide onsite supervision during execution of work over operation.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a minimum of second class Lower Division.
- Minimum of Ten (10) years relevant post degree work experience (includes National Youth Service) in completion and workover engineering and operations.
- A good understanding of well problem analysis, experienced completion engineering, problem solving and team work skills.
Additional Requirements:
- Broad knowledge of work over operations
- Demonstrable capability to analyze and solve complex well drilling and completions problems.
- Ability to coordinate a multitude of contractors and equipment in a complex drilling environment.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Effective communication skills.
