Job Description

• Work with Asset team to develop programs for workovers of well for improve production. Provide onsite supervision during execution of work over operation.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a minimum of second class Lower Division.
• Minimum of Ten (10) years relevant post degree work experience (includes National Youth Service) in completion and workover engineering and operations.
• A good understanding of well problem analysis, experienced completion engineering, problem solving and team work skills.

Additional Requirements:

• Broad knowledge of work over operations
• Demonstrable capability to analyze and solve complex well drilling and completions problems.
• Ability to coordinate a multitude of contractors and equipment in a complex drilling environment.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Effective communication skills.
