On behalf of our client, a leading retailer and distributor of high-end bathroom fittings, bespoke kitchen, floor tiles and gym equipment, we seek high-performing candidates for the position below:

Job Brief
  • The incumbent will drive customers acquisition and revenue growth targets by making our Client’s products and services the preferred offerings within its chosen market segments.
  • You will be responsible for maximizing the sales team potential, crafting sales plans, justifying and reporting success of the plans to Executive Management on a regular basis.
  • This is a senior role reporting to the Chief Executive.
Responsibilities
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Promoting the organization and products.
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products
  • New sales channels activation.
Requirements
  • B.Sc/MBA Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative and sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets within a high-performing sales environment
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Must be adept at using Microsoft Office suites (words, Excel, Powerpoints)
  • Minimum of 12years of Experience and at least 5years as sales Manager and above.
