We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Digital Marketer
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize targets and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Demonstrate experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Employ highly creative models in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Qualifications
- Applicant must be an experienced and influential Marketer who knows branding, communications, and considers all the drivers that will unlock brand growth.
- Applicant must be as comfortable resolving issues around performance as well as developing brilliant creative work.
- Applicant must love the company brands to be worked on and know how to influence, inspire diverse groups of people to listen to and act on them.
- Applicant should be ready to take responsibility for executing digital ideas that promotes the company essence.
- Applicant should be ready to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
