We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Digital Marketer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize targets and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Demonstrate experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• Employ highly creative models in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

• Applicant must be an experienced and influential Marketer who knows branding, communications, and considers all the drivers that will unlock brand growth.
• Applicant must be as comfortable resolving issues around performance as well as developing brilliant creative work.
• Applicant must love the company brands to be worked on and know how to influence, inspire diverse groups of people to listen to and act on them.
• Applicant should be ready to take responsibility for executing  digital ideas that promotes the company essence.
• Applicant should be ready to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
