Location: Lekki -Lagos, Nigeria
Job Summary
- The Operations Officer is responsible for the office’s administrative and logistics functions.
Job Descriptions
- Ensuring all necessary documents have been processed for clients
- Preparation of official letters to clients and vendors
- Co-ordination of logistics for site inspections and office operations
- Client management
- Maintenance of client database
- Ensuring the day to day running of the organization is fully optimized
- Log Management
- Filing and recording of all documents
- Requisition of needed items to finance
- Submission of daily, weekly and monthly report to line manager
Requirements
Prospective employees must have:
- A minimum of HND/B.Sc with 2-4 years relevant experience.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Excellent Organizational Skills
- Ability to multitask effectively and efficiently
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
