Job Title: Operations Officer

Location: Lekki -Lagos, Nigeria

Job Summary

The Operations Officer is responsible for the office’s administrative and logistics functions.

Job Descriptions

Ensuring all necessary documents have been processed for clients
Preparation of official letters to clients and vendors
Co-ordination of logistics for site inspections and office operations
Client management
Maintenance of client database
Ensuring the day to day running of the organization is fully optimized
Log Management
Filing and recording of all documents
Requisition of needed items to finance
Submission of daily, weekly and monthly report to line manager

Requirements
Prospective employees must have:

A minimum of HND/B.Sc with 2-4 years relevant experience.
Excellent Communication Skills
Excellent Organizational Skills
Ability to multitask effectively and efficiently
Ability to work with little or no supervision
