Job Description
- Establishes and leads the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire a superior workforce.
- Partners with management to communicate Human Resources policies, procedures, programs, and laws.
- Should have experience in handling organized workers Union
- Should be well versed with Grievance handling
- Should have adequate knowledge on procedures for disciplinary actions
- Should know the procedure of Pay-rolls on Bio-metric system.
- Proficient in Microsoft word and Excel.
- Should have excellent communication skills
- Should be able to liaise with various government ministries and agencies.
Requirements
- Candidate should be Graduate or HND
- Minimum 5-7 years Experience in HR Department in a Manufacturing Unit
- Should have Experience in Developing and administrating programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company
Salary
- Salary range of N150,000 per month.
