Flomides Solution Services Limited is a management consulting firm that provides consultancy services on Human Resources management, Tax Consultancy, Business Development Services, Training and General merchant.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Ogun

Job Description

Establishes and leads the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire a superior workforce.
Partners with management to communicate Human Resources policies, procedures, programs, and laws.
Should have experience in handling organized workers Union
Should be well versed with Grievance handling
Should have adequate knowledge on procedures for disciplinary actions
Should know the procedure of Pay-rolls on Bio-metric system.
Proficient in Microsoft word and Excel.
Should have excellent communication skills
Should be able to liaise with various government ministries and agencies.

Requirements

Candidate should be Graduate or HND
Minimum 5-7 years Experience in HR Department in a Manufacturing Unit
Should have Experience in Developing and administrating programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company

Salary

Salary range of N150,000 per month.
