We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Architect
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Prepare information regarding job quotation, specifications, materials, color, designs and production time.
- Take accurate measurement at sites for design and production purposes
- To ensure that design for production are in accordance with accurate measurement taken from site and also according to customer specification.
- Conduct periodic on-site inspection of work during installation to monitor compliance with plans and report back to management.
- Prepare operating and installation manuals
- Preparing drawings required for contract bidding and represent the company in contract bid presentation
- Prepare scale drawings.
- Consult with client to determine functional and spatial requirements of structure.
- Direct activities of workers engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents
- Integrate engineering element into unified design.
- Plan layout and execution of projects.
- Carry out any other duty not expressly stated but deemed necessary to the overall benefit of the Company.
