We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Architect

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Prepare information regarding job quotation, specifications, materials, color, designs and production time.
• Take accurate measurement at sites for design and production purposes
• To ensure that design for production are in accordance with accurate measurement taken from site and also according to customer specification.
• Conduct periodic on-site inspection of work during installation to monitor compliance with plans and report back to management.
• Prepare operating and installation manuals
• Preparing drawings required for contract bidding and represent the company in contract bid presentation
• Prepare scale drawings.
• Consult with client to determine functional and spatial requirements of structure.
• Direct activities of workers engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents
• Integrate engineering element into unified design.
• Plan layout and execution of projects.
• Carry out any other duty not expressly stated but deemed necessary to the overall benefit of the Company.
