Objectives
- To support business process improvements, ensure best practice and provide guidance on internal policies and processes for the implementation of initiatives
Key Job Responsibilities
- Draft recommendations by following a process of testing impressions; conducting feasibility studies and cost benefit analysis; identifying impacts to other parts of the business; conducting internal and external research; and peer review
- Track recommendations accepted ensuring capture of timelines for implementation and metrics such as cost efficiencies, FTE, value for money and administrative support as a percentage of operating expenditure
- Conduct post implementation reviews to measure actual outcomes to previous benchmarks
Requirements
- First Class or Second Class Upper (First Degree) in relevant Disciplines
- Second Class Lower or HND Upper Credit (minimum) in relevant Disciplines, plus Master’s degree
- Certification/Membership of relevant professional body
- NYSC completion/exemption
- Applicants must not be more than 34 years of age as at 31st December, 2018.
- Applicants must have Minimum of 6 years relevant post qualification experience .
- Experience in the oil and gas industry will be an added advantage.
