Job Title: Efficiency Officer

Objectives

• To support business process improvements, ensure best practice and provide guidance on internal policies and processes for the implementation of initiatives

Key Job Responsibilities

• Draft recommendations by following a process of testing impressions; conducting feasibility studies and cost benefit analysis; identifying impacts to other parts of the business; conducting internal and external research; and peer review
• Track recommendations accepted ensuring capture of timelines for implementation and metrics such as cost efficiencies, FTE, value for money and administrative support as a percentage of operating expenditure
• Conduct post implementation reviews to measure actual outcomes to previous benchmarks

Requirements

• First Class or Second Class Upper (First Degree) in relevant Disciplines
• Second Class Lower or HND Upper Credit (minimum) in relevant Disciplines, plus Master’s degree
• Certification/Membership of relevant professional body
• NYSC completion/exemption
• Applicants must not be more than 34 years of age as at 31st December, 2018.
• Applicants must have Minimum of 6 years relevant post qualification experience .
• Experience in the oil and gas industry will be an added advantage.
