Job Title: Team Lead, Customer Service
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- He / She will head our customer service department and is responsible for ensuring the company delivers the highest level of customer service possible at all time.
- To excel in this role you should be driven and passionate self-starter.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers that contact the organization via the online chat or service phone line.
- Onboard buyers and sellers via strategic telemarketing initiatives.
- Analyze statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service engagement and online buyer’s procurement trend.
- Investigate and solve customer problems that have been passed to customer service.
- Proactively contribute to product development, digital marketing content and operational improvements based on customer insights and feedback.
- Research competitors and market trends to find new opportunities and remain competitive on service delivery and pricing.
- Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to network and promote the organization.
- Responsible for customer data and knowledge management.
Requirements
- OND/HND/ BSc degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field.
- Startup experience and IQMS knowledge is an advantage.
- Proven track record in meeting or surpassing performance target.
- Excellent verbal, written communication and decision making skills
- Excellent organizational skills and outstanding attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, multi-task, perform well under pressure and effectively manage competing and/or changing priorities.
- Not older than 30years.
