Job Title: Team Lead, Sales
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- He / She will report to the head, business development and will deliver our sales budget.
- To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads over our online platform and physical interactions.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the implementation of a strategic business and financial plan.
- Coordinate sales activities, from pitching to conversion of buyers and on and off the platform.
- Manage key buyers and export customers’ account.
- Increase the value of on-boarded customers while attracting new ones.
- Coordinate the sales team, deploy resources to achieve sales plan and budget.
- Research competitors and market trends to find new opportunities and remain competitive on service delivery and pricing.
- Attend export promotions, conferences, meetings, and industry events to network and promote myfarmstack.com.
- Responsible for customer data and knowledge management.
Requirements
- OND/HND/ BSc degree in Sales, Marketing or related field.
- Startup experience is an advantage.
- Proven track record in meeting or surpassing sales target.
- Confidence, strong communication skills and IT savvy.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Ability to excel with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Not older than 30years.
