Job Description
- Guest Service Agents serve on the Front Office team, to provide services for guests to contribute to an overall exceptional experience from check-in through check-out.
Responsibilities
- Engage each guest as a unique individual and listen attentively to their requests
- Answer the telephone in a timely and professional manner
- Make reservations over the phone and in person
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Anticipate and address guest’s service needs
- Promote a safe working environment
- Comply with hotel’s policies, procedures and Code of Ethics
- Perform any additional tasks which are assigned by management
Requirements
- Minimum of two years experience in a guest service role
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication, guest service and time management skills
- Able to organize, plan ahead and manage workload
- A team player and a self-starter, yet able to work independently within hotel’s standards
- Knowledge of the hotel industry
- Excellent computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office and the use of the internet
- Applicants should reside around Iworoko, Ado-Ekiti.
