Job Title: Commercial Lead

Job Description
- Our rapidly expanding company is looking for a motivated and experienced Commercial Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and win new business
- The ideal candidate should be excited about the opportunity to identify, pursue and capture new business opportunities
- The candidate should have several years of experience in financial management of projects, putting together bids for new work and negotiating and agreeing to contracts
- The successful applicant will have a track record of success in overseeing projects from inception to completion, and identifying and mitigating risks involved. The ability to nurture relationships with clients throughout projects is crucial as well
- This role involves developing and managing a cross-functional team with a variety of skills and experience, as well as collaborating with other departments
- The successful applicant will have great communication, teamwork, leadership and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to expand the business, including through partnerships and new markets
- Analyze sales, marketing, finance and other reports to gain insights into how to improve performance and maximize growth
- Develop accurate and consistent bids with the help of relevant departments
- Build client base substantially
- Maintain sustainable and productive relationships with existing clients
- Manage daily operations, including employee training and development, contract negotiations and production planning
- Assess risks involved with new initiatives, ensure deadlines are met and be ready to handle unexpected situations.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field
- Should have at least 1 year experience
