Key Responsibilities:
- Providing mechanical field service/survey assistance as directed on land and marine based applications
- Providing commissioning, overhauling and other service activities for Wärtsilä installations
- Performing workshop and repair services as directed
- Participating in technical discussions and communicating with Wärtsilä product companies
- Providing internal and external reporting and as-built documentation and other discipline-related data administration
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Mechanical Engineering degree with knowledge of Marine/Diesel Engines
- Minimum of 3 years cognate experience in Marine and Power operations working on vessels engines and propulsion systems including land-based engines
- Knowledge of relevant Engineering Codes and Standards
- Good sense of Safety and Security
