Job Description
- Maintain or Improve client satisfaction by matching cusomer talent strategy to world class technology solutions
- Develop talent across 3 sales teams
- Monage tenders and bids
- Lead Senior Level Pitches and negotiate commercial terms
- Understand and communicate market needs, opportunities anr regulations
- Create, review or approve business case submissions
- Oversee the priotisation of sales resources and activity
- Grow revenue
Type of person we want
Desired Applicant should have most of the following:
- Proven track record of winning new business
- Strong relationships wIth HR Directors/Heads/Managers in FMCG, Banking, Telecom and Technology
- High intrinsic motivation
- Good understanding of software and services
- Comfortable with building relationships with senior level staff and business leaders/owners.
