Job Title: Senior Sales Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- We are looking to recruit a senior account manager to enhance our footprint in existing accounts and also grow new accounts within the West African market.
- The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers
- He must have good understanding of the technology and telecommunication market within the region with years of practical experience managing and selling to accounts within the market
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
- Achieve monthly, quaterly and annual sales targets with reasonble margins
- Regularly update sales pipelines
- Organise marketing activities geared towards creating new leads
- Identify new opportunities for sale, upsell and cross-sell
- Build and maintain top level relationships across industries and sectors
- Experience in selling application services and/or packaged solutions including Core-Banking, BI, BPM, Analytics, Infrastructure Solutions, InfoSec, Cloud Computing etc.
- Independently pursue and prospect into customers
- Effective negotiation skills and proven Sales record of successfully closing large/medium sized deals
- Provide leadership and spearhead Sales & Business development initiatives
- Develop Alliances, Partnerships and drive channels sales
- Ability to nurture and grow future business interest
- Hands-on in writing proposals and presentation skills
- Reach out to prospects through phone/e-mail/personal contacts/personal meets
- Explain value-proposition of Kropmann Products & Services to the prospect/clients
- Set up conference calls/ Web Demonstrations/ Onsite meetings with the prospects
- Initiatives in Market Intelligence, Brand building, Participation in high-level Technology events.
- Rigorous follow up on accounts and pursue necessary sales and business development activities
- Willing to Travel within the assigned region and internationally.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology industry
- Experience in working in similar technology services organisation
- 8+ years of sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly energetic, excellent communication and presentation skills, strong negotiation skills, selling skills.
