Job Title: Customer Service Agent
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- In charge of a customer service aspect of the organization
- The candidate will ensure proper follow up of clients
- The candidate would also be in charge of tracking online orders from customers and liaising with delivery agents until all orders are fulfilled.
Job Description
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.
- Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions, are taken. Process orders, forms, and applications.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. in Communications and other related courses
- Qualified candidates would be selected among those who have adequate customer service experience or those who have functioned in other customer-facing roles over time
- Candidates must reside in Lagos Nigeria.
