Job Title: Customer Service Agent

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

In charge of a customer service aspect of the organization
The candidate will ensure proper follow up of clients
The candidate would also be in charge of tracking online orders from customers and liaising with delivery agents until all orders are fulfilled.

Job Description

Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.
Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions, are taken. Process orders, forms, and applications.
Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.

Qualifications

B.Sc. in Communications and other related courses
Qualified candidates would be selected among those who have adequate customer service experience or those who have functioned in other customer-facing roles over time
Candidates must reside in Lagos Nigeria.

Salary

N50,000 monthly.
