We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Legal Advisor
Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Managing and reviewing legal documentation such as loan agreement, security agreement etc.,
- Provide legal advisory services concerning all issues in the company and all business units and departments
- Render legal opinion on all business transactions
- Oversee the preparation of legal agreements, opinions and other documents and review same
- Monitor proposed policies, review new and existing policies and advise on the impact for the organisation.
- Document Management
- Attend to all other legal issues as may be required by the company
Specification
- LL.B. Graduate, B.L with a minimum of Second Class Lower grade.
- Proven Work experience of between 2-3 years in a reputable Company or Law firm
- Excellent verbal and written Communication skill
- Minimum of 2-years post-call experience
- Outstanding legal administration skills
- Familiarity with the requisite regulatory body; CBN and its laws
- Experience in a similar financial institution/loan company is an added advantage.
