OTP internet Technology (9 Credit) is a new financial services company with headquarters in China.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Legal Advisor

Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full-time

Job Description

Managing and reviewing legal documentation such as loan agreement, security agreement etc.,
Provide legal advisory services concerning all issues in the company and all business units and departments
Render legal opinion on all business transactions
Oversee the preparation of legal agreements, opinions and other documents and review same
Monitor proposed policies, review new and existing policies and advise on the impact for the organisation.
Document Management
Attend to all other legal issues as may be required by the company

Specification

LL.B. Graduate, B.L with a minimum of Second Class Lower grade.
Proven Work experience of between 2-3 years in a reputable Company or Law firm
Excellent verbal and written Communication skill
Minimum of 2-years post-call experience
Outstanding legal administration skills
Familiarity with the requisite regulatory body; CBN and its laws
Experience in a similar financial institution/loan company is an added advantage.
