Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Abuja / Northern Region
Job Summary
- The Business Development Manager will be responsible for the supervision of Sales Executives and Business Development Executives, Territory Management and high-level sales generation and product listing within his region.
Key Duties:
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
- Research and build relationships with new clients.
- Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
- Work with team members to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Participate in pricing the solution/service.
- Handle queries & objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
- Supervisory and management of Sales Executives, BDEs and Promoters
- Sales Target achievement
- Target Planning
- Managing - Distributor, whole-sellers, Retail, Territory Management
Requirements
- Good Communications Skills and product planning.
- Knowledge of the mobile phone industry.
- 4 Years in Mobile phones and a total of 6 years exp in distribution sales
- Good Knowledge of the Mobile Phone Industry
