Job Title: Human Resources Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Summary/Responsibilities
- Develops and administers human resources programs and policies including staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, and health and safety
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
Qualifications
- BSc or HND / Minimum of 3 year experience
Key Competencies:
- Good planing, organizational, analytical and decision-making skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Tactful and discrete when dealing with people and confidential information.
- Initiative.
