We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Summary/Responsibilities

• Develops and administers human resources programs and policies including staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, and health and safety
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.

Qualifications

• BSc or HND / Minimum of 3 year experience

Key Competencies:

• Good planing, organizational, analytical and decision-making skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Tactful and discrete when dealing with people and confidential information.
• Initiative.
