Job Title: Head, HR & Admin

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the development and implementation of human resource, including organisation design, recruitment, training, assessment, compensation, succession planning, information system, and employees exits.
  • Translating business strategies into effective HRM systems and processes
  • Ensuring effective and efficient office operations on a day-to-day basis. 
  • Maintaining adequate security for the organisation’s  employees and assets .
  • A hands-on practical person that can build systems, people and processes and implement.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in the Humanities, Social Sciences, Administration etc. or a professional field.
  • Minimum of 5 years cognate work experience, the last 2 of which must have been in a management role, heading the HR function within a reputable and structured business environment.
  • Experience in various HRM Systems and Processes including - Nigerian Labour Law & best practices.
