Job Title: QMC & FSSC Manager
Location: Ota, Sango - Ogun
Responsibilities
- Overall upkeep of QMS and FSSC records
- Lead Internal auditor team for internal audit
- NC and observation closure
- Effectiveness of NC closure
- Ensure smooth external audit for QMS & FSSC
- NC closure and its effectiveness
- All process revisit based on business requirement
- Monthly Quality MIS and report to TOP management for review
- Work with customers, employees, suppliers and outsourcing firm to develop product requirements
- Record all deviations and its effectiveness at customer end
- Product recall from customer end based on effectiveness of deviation
- Responsible for verification of timely calibration of measuring instruments
- Keep up on standards ,regulations /laws ,issues and news with respect to product quality
- Set up FSSC policy and support with goals and objectives.
Requirements
- B.Tech / B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering or any other related field
- 10 years work experience
- Experience as a Certified Lead Auditor for IMS (ISO 9001 2015 / 14000 2015 / OHSAS) & FSSC.
