Job Title: QMC & FSSC Manager

Location: Ota, Sango - Ogun

Responsibilities

• Overall upkeep of QMS and FSSC records
• Lead Internal auditor team for internal audit
• NC and observation closure
• Effectiveness of NC closure
• Ensure smooth external audit for QMS & FSSC
• NC closure and its effectiveness
• All process revisit based on business requirement
• Monthly Quality MIS and report to TOP management for review
• Work with customers, employees, suppliers and outsourcing firm to develop product requirements
• Record all deviations and its effectiveness at customer end
• Product recall from customer end based on effectiveness of deviation
• Responsible for verification of timely calibration of measuring instruments
• Keep up on standards ,regulations /laws ,issues and news with respect to product quality
• Set up FSSC policy and support with goals and objectives.

Requirements

• B.Tech / B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering or any other related field
• 10 years work experience
• Experience as a Certified Lead Auditor for IMS (ISO 9001 2015 / 14000 2015 / OHSAS) & FSSC.
