Job Title: Business Development and Pre-Sales Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets established by the company.
- Achieve lead generation, prospecting and other sales management goals designed to build an optimal sales pipeline.
- Personally develop strong, long-term relationships and referrals with senior management at targeted firms
- Manage the end-to-end service delivery of our organization.
- Manage new opportunities business opportunities including initial client communication, on- site presentations, RFI response, multi-day client workshops, RFP submission, negotiation and deal signing. The candidate is the focal point for all communication between our company and clients.
- Work in close collaboration with delivery teams to ensure that proposed offerings and services fully meet customers business and technology needs.
- Provide support to customers during initial phases of an engagement. Follow up and ensure total client satisfaction through the life cycle of the relationship.
- Adhere to all Sales, Human Resource, and corporate ethical policies, standards and guidelines.
- Help manage cost and profitability of assigned, ongoing and future projects.
- Demonstrate strong personal communication and presentation skills to establish interest, credibility and trust.
- Compliance to procedure
- Any other task as assigned by your line Manager.
Requirements
Minimum Educational Qualifications:
- A B.Sc / B.Eng degree, or HND (Upper credit) in Engineering, Accounting or any of the Physical sciences.
- Master's Degree Holder
Minimum Previous Experience:
- Minimum of three years working experience
- Management experience an advantage
- Minimum Additional Training:
- PC proficiency
- Good knowledge of ICT
