Job Title: Business Development and Pre-Sales Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets established by the company.
  • Achieve lead generation, prospecting and other sales management goals designed to build an optimal sales pipeline.
  • Personally develop strong, long-term relationships and referrals with senior management at targeted firms
  • Manage the end-to-end service delivery of our organization.
  • Manage new opportunities business opportunities including initial client communication, on- site presentations, RFI response, multi-day client workshops, RFP submission, negotiation and deal signing. The candidate is the focal point for all communication between our company and clients.
  • Work in close collaboration with delivery teams to ensure that proposed offerings and services fully meet customers business and technology needs.
  • Provide support to customers during initial phases of an engagement. Follow up and ensure total client satisfaction through the life cycle of the relationship.
  • Adhere to all Sales, Human Resource, and corporate ethical policies, standards and guidelines.
  • Help manage cost and profitability of assigned, ongoing and future projects.
  • Demonstrate strong personal communication and presentation skills to establish interest, credibility and trust.
  • Compliance to procedure
  • Any other task as assigned by your line Manager.

Requirements
Minimum Educational Qualifications:

  • A B.Sc / B.Eng degree, or HND (Upper credit) in Engineering, Accounting or any of the Physical sciences.
  • Master's Degree Holder

Minimum Previous Experience:

  • Minimum of three years working experience
  • Management experience an advantage
  • Minimum Additional Training:
  • PC proficiency
  • Good knowledge of ICT

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
