Job Title: Digital Channel Sales Executive
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- We are currently looking to hire a result-driven Digital Channel Sales Executive, who will be responsible for the company's digital platform of its Home Appliances products.
Duties
- Acquire sales ordersаthrough the digital channel
- Support the achievement of sales targets through the company's Home Appliances digital and social media platforms
- Lead monthly calendar presentations for web and own content decisions and approvals
- Proactively & strategically look at what content can/should be reused on site/in emails
- Configure slots and schedule the display of visual content within the web platform
- Own & lead strategic conversations to develop and deliver personalized content to visitors utilizing the web platform
- Own B2B site merchandising (cross-sells) plans
- Develop a strategy & calendar B2B homepage content and marketing/email campaigns
- Optimize on-site search results through keywords, results and re-directs
- Partner with the relevant stakeholders and departments to find innovative ways to elevate site user experience, increase traffic and improve SEO visibility
Education & Experience
- B.Sc / HND in a Creative or related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position
Essential Person Skills, Competencies & Attributes:
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff.
- Good SEO and WebаDesign skills. Graphics Design skills will be an advantage
- Passionate and self-driven with a keen attention for details а
- Must be decisive, courageous, with good decision-making skills.
- Industry knowledge will be a plus
- Project Management experience
- Ability to work cross-functionally
- Expertise using Google Analytics, Microsoft Office, and relevant Creative / Design tools
- Ability to create, maintain and present complex dynamic cross-functional calendars.
