We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Business and Operations Executive

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Developing tenders and proposals for clients.
• Promote Dutum’s services to fit potential clients’ objectives
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-business support to clients
• Negotiating with stakeholders
• Following industry trends locally and internationally
• Prepare the Project’s Business strategy and conduct risk assessment/analysis
• Develop and implement strategies for new services and business growth
• Liaising and engagement with technical, Finance and HR departments/teams the different branches
• Assisting the company’s HR function by keeping personnel records up to date and maintain office policies
• Drafting and supervision of project’s development budget
• Managing operations at the different project sites
• Establish and ensure a proper filling system
