We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Sales Executive
Locations: Egbeda, Idimu, Igando Dopemu, Iyana Ipaja axis - Lagos
Employment Type: Contract
Requirements
- Proven experience as a real estate agent or salesperson
- Source and sign up new clients
- Ensure customer retention
- Conduct inspections with clients.
- Determine clients' needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Display and market real property to possible buyers
- Prepare necessary paperwork contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc.
- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
- Maintain a master list of available properties.
- Work with the legal team to ensure all contracts are signed and kept properly.
- Close transactions and ensure all payments/fees are made.
- Build a strong network.
Others:
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree qualification.
- Must be Male
- Minimum of 3 years in relevant role
- Experience in Real Estate is most preferred.
- Proven experience in relevant role
- Ability to meet up with deadlines and work under pressure.
- Goal-oriented
- Excellent skills in communication and presentation
Remuneration
- Remuneration is based on salary and commission.
