We are recruiting to fill the position of:
Job Title: Customer Fulfillment Officer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full time
Job Duties / Responsibilities
- Complete fulfillment orders including picking merchandise, packing & shipping orders, and making in store pickup orders ready for customers.
- Processing all orders via third party e-commerce stores
- Learn and apply packing policies & techniques to ensure every customer receives his/her package in good condition.
- Tracks customer shipments at the request of the customer as required
- Send tracking numbers to customers where necessary
- Process shippable returns
- Process refund claims
- Participating in other support functions as needed.
Requirements
- B.Sc in relevant social sciences
- 1-2 years relevant experience in a similar role
- Candidates residing within Festac, Amuwo Odofin and its environs are highly preferred
