Job Details
- Who will act as a liaison, provide product / services information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might encounter.
- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
- Generating sales leads that develop into new customers
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Create a customer care database with information on all returning customers
Job Requirements
- Candidate should possess a minimum of OND qualification
- Must have at least two years of industrial experience
