Job Title: Personal Assistant to the Chairman
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary
- The Personal Assistant is a trusted advisor of the Chairman and provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship.
Responsibilities
- Handle and coordinate the daily activities of the Chairman
- Develop and organize the Chairman’s weekly/monthly schedules.
- Represent the Chairman at events
- Manage information coming into and out of the Chairman’s office – circulate information, documentation to appropriate staff and external individuals and organizations.
- Manage all Chairman’s travel logistics and accompany the Chairman if necessary.
- Follow up on new contacts made by the Chairman and support the cultivation of all his ongoing relationships.
- Keep the Chairman posted on recent company updates and unfolding events and trends in the market
- Constantly research all Chairman’s business interests to be able to provide advice when required.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
- Participate as a member of the Executive Team including assisting in scheduling meetings, attending all meetings, and taking meeting minutes.
- Acting as the point of contact between the senior management team and internal or external colleagues.
- Regularly update Senior Management team on all issues that require the Chairman’s attention.
- File all reports on behalf of the management
- Perform other duties as Assigned by the Chairman.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an Executive Assistant to the Chairman or a top Executive of a reputable institution.
- Experience in the Investment, Real Estate, Property Development, Construction company is an added advantage.
- Exceptional Administrative skills and a strong Executive Presence/Aura.
- Strong organizational skills.
