Description
- Our client is looking to expand and is looking to hire vibrant and innovative Female Business Development Officers with a keen eye for promising and profitable business ventures.
- The individual will be tasked with identifying new markets, drawing up a business plan and executing this plan with industry best practices.
Job Functions
- Implementing business development strategy focused both on brand visibility and customer satisfaction
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
- Making professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty
- Researching the market and industry trends
- Developing new sales areas and improving sales through various methods
- Researching trends and creating new opportunities to increase sales
- Maintaining a strong understanding of products and services, and innovating new ways to serve businesses
- Identify new business opportunities - new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services
- Build, grow and sustain business contacts.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Minimum of a First Degree with 3 years’ experience in Sales; preferably in IT / Telecoms.
- Territory Management Skills (customer/outlet mapping, call/route plan, volume planning, Market Analysis).
- Proficiency in building and maintaining Strong Customer Relationships.
- Must possess good analytical and computing skills.
- Proficiency in Information tracking, Sales analytics, and PowerPoint presentation.
- Decision-making and demonstrating self-confidence.
- Strong customer focus and negotiating skills.
- Must be Female.
- Honest, Diligent, Punctual and Calm Personality.
- Smart and Hardworking.
