Job Title: Business Development Officer (Female)

Description

• Our client is looking to expand and is looking to hire vibrant and innovative Female Business Development Officers with a keen eye for promising and profitable business ventures.
• The individual will be tasked with identifying new markets, drawing up a business plan and executing this plan with industry best practices.

Job Functions

• Implementing business development strategy focused both on brand visibility and customer satisfaction
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
• Making professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty
• Researching the market and industry trends
• Developing new sales areas and improving sales through various methods
• Researching trends and creating new opportunities to increase sales
• Maintaining a strong understanding of products and services, and innovating new ways to serve businesses
• Identify new business opportunities - new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services
• Build, grow and sustain business contacts.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Minimum of a First Degree with 3 years’ experience in Sales; preferably in IT / Telecoms.
• Territory Management Skills (customer/outlet mapping, call/route plan, volume planning, Market Analysis).
• Proficiency in building and maintaining Strong Customer Relationships.
• Must possess good analytical and computing skills.
• Proficiency in Information tracking, Sales analytics, and PowerPoint presentation.
• Decision-making and demonstrating self-confidence.
• Strong customer focus and negotiating skills.
• Must be Female.
• Honest, Diligent, Punctual and Calm Personality.
• Smart and Hardworking.
