Job Description
  • To contribute towards the growth of Business
  • Conduct Promotions at various offices / Public places to promote the business & create awareness regarding upkeep of the cars
  • To have a business tie ups with the Organizations
  • To generate more walk inns in the service station
  • To increase the customer base
  • To enrol new customers
  • To give a call to the customer reminding that his car is due for service
  • To provide the Customer Service while the customer is in the workshop
  • To ensure that the car is been serviced properly as per the set norm
  • To take feedback from the customer post the delivery of the car from service station
  • In case if the customer is not satisfied, give the feedback to the respective manager & to the mechanic who has serviced the car
  • Experienced and aware of the latest customer service practices
  • A persistent problem solver
  • Greet customers and assist them with any inquiries they may have
  • Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
  • Remain involved with delivery of vehicle to customer upon completion to assure all customer concerns are addressed.
  • Provide concierge support for all customer inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
  • Spend quality time building relationships with the customer.
  • Review and analyse reporting and data to ensure the service centre is efficient and profitable.
  • Create goals and objectives for the center to promote new and repeat business
  • Supervise service department personnel as well as monitor performance in servicing customers
Qualifications:
  • HND Diploma, candidates from engineering background preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer relations field management role
  • Service center experience preferred
  • Must have computer proficiency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High integrity, understands automotive service, and is committed to provide an outstanding experience for all our customers
  • Valid driver's license, a clean driving record.
Physical Demands.
  • This job position is designated as a safety sensitive position.
  • Requires standing for extended period of time with frequent stretching, reaching, walking and stooping, pushing and/or pulling.
  • Requires constantly walking inside and outside.
  • Requires being able to hear and speak with customers in person or on the phone.
  • Must adhere to regular and predictable attendance.
