Description

  • We are looking for a Digital Sales/Analytics Manager for our Digital department within our DRE division.
  • The Digital Sales/Analytics Manager will develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
  • You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Digital marketing managers will work with the marketing team, supporting teams, and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget to meet and exceed sales targets.

Goals:

  • The Digital Marketing/Analytics Manager is expected to achieve the following goals:
  • Meet and exceed sales targets from finding new business and upselling existing accounts
  • Increase TOMA and customer satisfaction for the products under their jurisdiction

Responsibilities

  • Build the marketing roadmaps for all products. Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO / SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Lead and manage a team of Product Marketing Managers on go-to-market strategies, including articulating our value propositions, key messaging development and tactical channel plans, ensuring that all customer-facing teams are on-message and maximizing each channel
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), forecasting and tracking key digital and customer-related metrics.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships leveraging available tools like CRMs
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Brand and Products team
  • Perform competitor analysis toward an increased market share.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of working experience at an innovations company, in the digital field or technology industry
  • Solid knowledge of analytics tools
  • Knowledge of the digital and technology space is required
  • Experience managing a team of Product Marketers, creative team, and Account Manager
  • Experience working with marketing analytics, and CRM software (e.g. Intercom, Zoho CRM or HubSpot)
  • Further degree (MSc / MBA) in Information Technology, Management, Finance and Sales-related field
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to Cross Sell / Upsell
